Shipping Options and Costs: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the UK. Standard shipping is free for all orders over £35, and a flat rate of £3.99 for orders under £35.*

Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:

  • 2 to 4 business days for orders within the UK*.
  • 6 to 7 business days for international**.

Zap Tan does not assume responsibility for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that customers check with their local customs office for information on potential import taxes and fees. 

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order and estimated delivery time.
